Steven F. Gadon

Steven F. Gadon is Chair of the Commercial and Business Law Department of Spector Gadon & Rosen and a nationally recognized corporate law specialist. He brings to the firm's clients his unique expertise in structuring complex corporate transactions, providing individual and corporate tax planning services, and designing and implementing pension plans. Mr. Gadon's approach to serving clients has resulted in solutions that address both the legal and business aspects of each transaction.

Mr. Gadon is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, and the American Institute of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants. He is a speaker for the American Institute of CPAs and a contributor to the Temple Law Quarterly. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in Finance and Industry. He has been admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania and Florida bars.

Mr. Gadon holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, an LL.B. from Temple University and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University.
