Jeremy W. Rogers

Jeremy Rogers concentrates his litigation practice in the defense of resident’s rights cases for long term care facilities such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities.  He also represents employers in matters involving alleged employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, and labor disputes.  Additionally, he defends general liability claims, slip/trip-and-fall cases, and alleged housing discrimination complaints for all clients.   He brings experience in all facets of litigation, including first chair trial and appeals. 

Resident in the St. Petersburg, Florida office, he has been practicing since 1998, having worked for firms in both Tampa and Jacksonville, Florida. His career includes defending cases involving products liability, construction defect, professional liability, general liability, slip/trip-and-fall, automobile collision and commercial litigation.

Mr. Rogers is admitted to practice in the state of Floridaand the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers' Association.

He earned his law degree from Stetson University College of law, cum laude, where he was a member of the Stetson Law Review and his undergraduate degree from Warner Southern College in Business Administration.
