  • Follow the Airport Exit signs and take Airport Exit.
  • Take left ramp onto SR-60 East toward Downtown (I-275 South).
  • Take the St. Petersburg Exit onto I-275 South toward St. Petersburg.
  • Note - a portion of I-275 goes over Tampa Bay via the Howard Frankland Bridge.
  • Take left Exit #23 A Baywalk/St. Pete Pier onto I-375 East.
  • Turn right on 4th Street North (US-92 West).
  • Turn left on Central Avenue.
  • Arrive at First Central Tower Building 360 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg.
  • Parking garage accessed at rear of building on 1st Avenue South.

From Orando, Florida and Central Florida

  • Take I-4 West toward Tampa, Florida.
  • Take the Tampa International/St. Petersburg left exit on I-275 South.
  • Continue on I-275 South toward St. Petersburg.
  • Note - a portion of I-275 goes over Tampa Bay via the Howard Frankland Bridge.

  • Take US-301 North to the Tamiami Trail (US 41 North).
  • Take the Tamiami Trail (US 41 North) to US 19 North.
  • From US 19 North, take the ramp onto I-275 North toward I-275 North/ SR 55/US 19.
