Attorney Profiles

Jeffrey Krawitz is a 1987 graduate of Temple University School of Law and is a member of the bars of both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from LaSalle College maxima cum laude. Jeffrey actively practices in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has significant experience in asbestos litigation and concentrates his practice in casualty litigation including complex coverage issues, bad faith claims and claims arising out of commercial trucking and transportation, many of which involve catastrophic damages.  His practice also includes representation of litigants in professional liability claims including those involving medical negligence.  Jeff has also over the years developed a practice representing plaintiffs injured in industrial and construction-related settings and general litigation matters. He is a member of the Trucking Law Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute, is a Registered Environmental Attorney with the Environmental Assessment Association, and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Compulsory Arbitration Committee. Jeff is an active member of the Philadelphia, Camden County (New Jersey), Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations in addition to being a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
