Donald N. Elsas, Of Counsel to the firm's Family Law practice, formerly was the managing shareholder of Elsas and Casel, P.C. in Willingboro, N.J.  In addition to his specialty in Family Law, Mr. Elsas has also concentrated on matters involved in Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Land Use Law.

Mr. Elsas received his undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University.  He is admitted to practice in NJ and PA and before the Supreme Court of both states.  In addition, he is admitted to practice before the US District Court of N.J., the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Elsas has previously served as both a member and Chair of the Supreme Court of NJ District Fee Arbitration Committee for Burlington County.  In addition, Mr. Elsas has served as a participant in the Matrimonial Early Settlement Program for Burlington County since 1994.

Mr. Elsas is extremely proud of his volunteer service to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  He has been a member of the volunteer advisory committee for the City to Shore Bike Tour since 2002 and served as committee chair from 2003 to 2006. The tour raises over $4 million annually.
