Attorney Profiles

Dominic P. Marco, Jr. is an associate practicing in the firm's Corporate & Financial Services group.  Prior to joining Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C., Mr. Marco was associated with the law firm of Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC.

Mr. Marco concentrates his practice in general corporate law and corporate finance and real estate.  He has experience in mergers and acquisitions (transactions ranging from $200,000 to as large as $90 million), business formations (including formation of corporations and limited liability companies), licensing agreements, employment agreements, contract and general business transactions.

Mr. Marco is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.  He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Marco received his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law in 2001, with honors.  He received his B.S. in Finance with high distinction in 1998 from The Pennsylvania State University.
