Andrew Bertorelli joined Spector Gadon & Rosen as an associate in the Bankruptcy, Corporate, Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation groups. He was previously with Adelman, Lavine, Gold and Levin representing debtors, trustees, creditors committees, and individual secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy.

Mr. Bertorelli received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in Criminal Justice, and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law, graduating cum laude.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

He is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Camden County, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Bertorelli is also a member of the Authorized Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
